Registration is now open for the Blue Star Programme 2023-2024. Please fill in the details below by no later than 5pm, Friday 6 October 2023.

Blue Star Programme Registration Form 2023-2024

  • Each school can only have ONE registration form per school. If you have more than one teacher on the BSP, please name them and add their email address in the boxes below.
  • If you don't have it or cannot recall it, please leave blank.
  • Please provide the most appropriate contact name for the Blue Star Team to contact your school about the Programme throughout the academic year.
  • If you have more than one teacher, tell us here by adding their name(s).
